Does Vera tell me what dose to take?
No. Vera can help you make sense of routines, side effects, protein, hydration, and plateaus based on logs you share. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend dose changes.
What does the medication-level chart show?
An educational estimate based on published half-life models and your logged doses—not a lab measurement of medication remaining in your body.
Where is my data stored?
Primary tracking data is local-first on your device. Progress photos stay on device. When you use Vera or Meal Scan, only the content needed for that request is processed securely to provide the feature.
